First class products, helpful advice and highly recommended. There was a bit of a problem with one of the shipment's, but the mark of a truly committed business is how they resolve an issue. Delivery service woeful - promises of delivery date not fulfilled. No explanation, apology or any form of customer service has been the same for well over a year (from previous order)

Absolutely awful! Ordered 55 Square Metres at a depth of 18mm as recommended, not only did the it get quoted incorrectly several times by phone and email, when the order was placed I was charged incorrectly and then what was quoted didnt even cover half of the area. Area manager came out and agreed they were at fault then his manager didnt want to cough up to sort out the problem so I had to pay to dig up the drive and start again at my own cost. Company refuse to refund despite their error and claim to be the number 1 in their field yet cant quote a drive correctly... trading standards are investigating after I found they have done this to other companies. Disgusting!
