The customer care service should be renamed as Couldn't Care Service as every time i raise a concern they seem to go out of there way to find a reason so as not to repair/sort the problem. I have sent 2 emails to the customer care department and i am still waiting for a reply. When you meet with the customer care manager he fills you with confidence that he will sort out any problems but then sends emails as to why he cannot help

Updating the post after more than one year with the house. The good service ends once you get your home. Trying to get someone on the phone to fix something became impossible. The amount of times I was told someone will call me back and never happened. So many emails sent and ignored. So unprofessional and disrespectful to waste customers time like this and lie to them.

Once the house is out of warranty and serious safety issues start to appear due to very shoddy workmanship they are not interested in the slightest so I would recommend anyone purchasing from another more responsible house builder and avoid these cowboys!

My property has had a case of water ingress from a neighbour and kirkwood homes were responsible for the repairs. The incident happened almost a year ago and it has not been repaired in all this time. When we contact Julian he doesn't even answer his emails but answered once when we threatened to take it further in order to have the repairs made.This company will sell you properties which are beautiful but won't answer to you afterwards with zero customer service and a complete denial of their warranty to their customers. If I could I would give 0 stars to their service.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Kirkwood Homes. Lyn couldn't be more helpful. We love the house. It felt like a really stress free experience. Even minor snagging after we moved in has been handled really well. The quality is far superior to other house builders we looked at. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely lovely development in a desirable part of town. The show home is stunning and the attention to detail is second to none. The sales representative (Tom) is very knowledgeable and can tell you anything about the property you would wish to know. He is very friendly and I felt that I had known him all my life - Looking forward to finally getting a new build after living in houses that were built in the early 1900's.

Had a very positive experience buying from Kirkwood. Tom (Sales) and Gordon (Site Manager) were extremely helpful in facilitating the part-exchange, the overall transaction, the move in and the early stages of living there.Minimal snags or issues in the building itself.Generally very happy to have dealt with them.
