Not the biggest fan of this place as a buyer or as a seller.As a buyer - Bought a hedge trimmer from here last year however it was completely broken and wouldn’t start after I’d added petrol and they refused to take it back (was only in my possession for a few days as well)As a seller - I’ve had experience of almost selling something to them (thank god I didn’t), the guy who served me (Rhys) was cocky as anything and acting as if he was above everyone, took my item through the back for ages then came back and told me the item had been tampered with (which I 100% know is incorrect as I’ve been the only person to have the item since it was made). Completely low balled me on the price he was offering as well.I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this store, there’s plenty of other amazing stores in the area with far better customer service.

Went into sell a PlayStation 4 as I upgraded to a PlayStation 5. Staff was very informative and the service speed was quick. Can't complain at all as it was a great experience! I will definitely be going back.

Brought in a product to be sold and the guys in the buying area were very helpful indeed. Very fair with price and respectful during the whole process. I was then offered a store credit note while enabled me to buy another item from the shop floor and put it towards my Christmas shopping list! Such a great variety of products in store too! 10/10 service.

Mostly run by semi literate staff, they don't know their gluteus maximus from their Cubitus. Vastly undervaluing jewellery with a 33% roi if you do take their price. Go to H&T Pawnbrokers where you will get a fair valuation (400% of CC valuation, and I paid 15 pence interest after them having it for 28 days) The Financial Conduct Authority first came for Payday Loans, now they're going for High interest Guarantor Loans, watch out Cash Converters, I feel that you and others like you are next on their radar.I take a brand new item to them but I've opened the box, instantly they can only sell for 50% of the RRP, and they need their 100% + profit margin so you'll get 25% of the value of the item. Whether they hold it for 1 hour or 28 days, you're paying their 33% interest rate.Preying on the lowest in society, absolutely shameless. And some of the staff you wouldn't trust to make a cup of tea correctly, let alone value an item fairly and correctly.
