We had a leaking bath waste and 2 blocked outside drains.Reece Ogden was our engineer.Reece arrived at the time he gave us and very quickly assessed the problems (replacement of bath waste & clearing soil from drains caused by birds flying over our house with moss for nests and dropping it on the roof, ending up in the drains).He ordered the bath waste parts and then cleared both drains.We were very impressed with everything he did and look forward to him returning to replace the bath waste next week

Peter was very professional and diagnosed and cleared the blockage very quickly.He inspected all the pipework with the camera and left the area clean and tidy.Less than 3hrs from the initial phone call to job completion.I would highly reccomend metro rod

Metro-Rod team are fantastic! Extremely helpful and understand the needs of our contract. The office team are friendly and approachable, willing to assist wherever possible. We recently had a collapsed drain which was promptly attended, surveyed and further works suggested. Works were carried out at a time to suite us and to ensure there was no disruption to our clients and site. The works were undertaken by 2 friendly and informative operative who discussed the issues as the excavation took place. We felt very confident that the work undertaken was done to a high standard and in our best interest. Cost effective and rapidly resolved the issue.Highly recommend them!

My insurance company designated metro to replace a broken syphon on my toilet when the engineer came he confirmed that it was not working and said it needed replacing. Because the local suppliers was closed he would have to travel approximately 6 miles to Dewsbury so he decided to bodge the job and call back .we waited 3 weeks before it stopped working again he came out again 2 days later with a flush button but still did not replace the syphon after several call to Metro with no joy I have had to use another company...Definitely would not recommend this company

This company were used by Your repair, i developed a leak after fitting new taps which meant i had to turn of my supply. Within a few hours their engineer Mitch contacted me. When i informed him of the problem he was not sure he could fix it but made an hours journey anyway to take a look. This man did every thing he could to fix the leak without having to send someone else to finish the job. I take my hat off to you and can't thank you enough what could have been a nightmare has been avoided defiantly recommend and MItch was such a helpful guy thank you
