Prompt quote received in writing, highly efficient communication, fully automated paperwork throughout showing commitment to the environment. Staff were punctual, respectful and polite. Vey organised, extremely hard workers who took pride in all they did . Can’t speak highly enough of them,, my garden is large and the fencing and gate was a big job but they did not stop till it was all secured. 100% recommend, for value, quality workmanship and great customer service

The team just did a really big job for us. Fencing, side and bottom of the garden, plus a retaining gravelboard wall for us along the side of the garden to retain the fence as the neighbour's land is 3ft higher than ours.I am so happy with the work carried out. The quote was reasonable. They turned up every day on time. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Worked well as a team, and with the scope of the job, got it completed quicker than the time I thought it would take.I highly recommend Black Country Fencing, and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

We had our fence replaced . We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. We had a tight deadline to work with as needed the work completed at short notice. We were given a competitive quote and fitted in at a time convenient for us Kristian and the two lads with him were great. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

On 23/9/20, Kristan and his team installed new fencing, gravel boards and concrete posts in our back garden. A superb job considering the rotten weather. All workers stayed cheerful and productive so the job was completed as promised.Left garden tidy, answered all questions beforehand and all in all a very professional service.Would recommend and use again in the future. Thank you.

Excellent company, they do exactly what they say. Turned up promptly to give us a quote, gave us 2 options. Booked a date for the work to be done . They turned up on time, the lads worked very hard and cleared all the rubbish and took the old fence away. Very happy with new fence. Definitely recommend them, 10 out of 10.
