Don't waste your time or money. They 'repaired' my cracked screen and when it started to come away again after only 2 weeks they claimed it wasn't covered under their scam of a warranty. The lady fumbled around with excuses that didn't even make sense until I had wasted enough time and walked out. Money down the drain, should've just claimed off insurance.

Dropped my S9+ phone - but with great service provided, got it sorted. My spare iPhone had a lousy battery so that changed in an instant which kept me going - so I am a very happy man.Can't say that the price was cheap, but got a quality repair with excellant responsiveness.Had a few glitches with the repair but all sorted immediately at no additional cost with no hesitation.So now feel I have two phones as good as new and didn't need Santa to buy a new one.

Excellent service! I dropped my iphone last night and honestly thought I’d have to get a replacement. I took it to Sanbei in Henley (not expecting anything could be done) as soon as they opened and the gentleman checked it out and said he could fix it in half an hour and it would be £55. I returned to a fully working phone, with new screen and new screen protector. I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you!

The best service ever! I’ve come to this shop multiple times and he has fixed my phone under 20 minutes with excellent results. He even charges it and puts on a screen protector for you! Will come here every time and recommended to everyone. :))

Dropped my son's phone there for a repair on Saturday. Was told it would be ready by 1030 on Tuesday. 1040 Tuesday shop was closed. 1100 Tuesday left a phone message asking for them to call me back when they were open. No call received. Went back in the afternoon. The shop was open. Man said phone wasn't ready. It would be another day or two. He would call me when it was ready. 1026 this morning shop still closed. Phone message left. Have tried calling other shops in the chain and have had no answer from any of them, lots of the numbers are no longer in existence. Getting worried that I am not going to see the phone again, repaired or not. No, I wouldn't recommend it.

Really helpful fellow, went in late and he immediately while I waited made several attempts at a fix which wasn't possible, no charge for trying though and offered well priced service to send phone away for free pair at fixed cost and no fee if not repaired

Great service. iPhone 7 battery replaced in 10 mins. At £35 a real bargain and the iPhone battery report is happy, showing it as a new battery with 100% service life.
