Took our old car in with engine management light issues, which Coles sorted very effectively, car now booked in for it’s MOT. Very impressed by them so had the aircon re gassed and the brake fluid changed on our newer car. Excellent service and again impressed by their professionalism, so much so that we bought a car from them. Would I recommend them? Yes, very definitely.

We took our car for an interim service at Coles and had a great, positive experience. Prompt communication within the first hour of the car being checked, we were informed of needed repairs and given the choice of Coles completing the full check or cutting it short so we contact our warranty provider and dealer.We were also thrilled with the courtesy car add-on service and impressed that we got to use an electric vehicle.We look forward to using your services in the future again, really pleased and at ease now that we have found a trustworthy garage. Very happy with service from Coles always friendly. We have been using them for a few years after being recommended by a neighbour. The good thing is they remind us when service and mot due. Have had a few repairs always done to high standard, even advising on time to replace tyres. And courtesy car available. In for service today car returned absolutely spotless in and out. I phoned up for help with my car. The young lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I was given a time the same day to take my car in. When I arrived the car was taken to the workshop and I was offered hot or cold drinks. Within 15 mins the job was completed and a very reasonable charge asked. I paid with great full thanks. A job well done.

Coles and the team did a amazing job when my car broke down, they advised me well and got me a curtesy car and let me keep it for a number of days, at no charge why they went about repairing my car. I would highly recommend them and been using them for many years.
