Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with, came out within an hour on a Saturday and repaired the lock without us even needing to get new keys! Would definitely recommend!

We received a great service from Steve. He was able to change our faulty lock on the same day. It was fitted quickly and neatly and it is clearly better quality than the previous lock that was fitted just a few years ago by another supplier. I would highly recommend his services. Nice guy too.

My secure front door locking mechanism failed, with the outside handle becoming loose, and I couldn't go out without locking myself out! I called The Bristol Locksmith, and Steve responded very quickly, fixed my door which he informed me had been fitted wrongly by the original suppliers. Steve was friendly, informative and overall extremely helpful! I would definitely call on him first next time.

Steve was great! Called him first thing Monday morning and he was at our house within a couple of hours to look at our lock. It needed replacing which was done there and then. Super friendly guy too!
