I am obsessed with my nails and I cannot put into words how amazing the service was. I asked if they could do a design on my nails and they did the exact design the only nail missing is the thumb which I asked to do a red colour. But these nails are immaculate I got them done last week on Tuesday and they are still going strong, they aren’t even damaged. I have caught a couple of them slightly but they’ve stayed on and they were so thorough and gentle. The price I payed as well I’m so so impressed definitely going back there

Super friendly, welcoming, good quality nail technician, knew what they were doing I've had my gel extensions on nearly 3 weeks and they're still going strong. Best in town!

They didn’t prep my nails properly, didn’t even cut my cuticles. I asked for a square shaped nails and used an inspo pic from their Facebook page that was done by them but received chunky coffin/almond nails. Some of the nails don’t even have an apex and some are completely flat on top. I showed them the design I wanted and didn’t receive anything remotely close to that. There was barely any communication from the lady whether I like them or the shape etc and got charged more than they said through the phone when I booked. Wouldn’t recommend to people, unless I just came in on a bad day.

If I could give 0 stars I would... My friend and I planned to get our nails done together for my wedding on Saturday so booked for 16:45 and 17:15 each yesterday. Despite having bookings, they took extra walk in clients on and I was made to wait for 50 minutes after my appointment time was meant to have started before I decided to leave as I had to collect my family from the train station, with one worker saying oh I'm sorry for the wait". Why take walk ins when you're already booked up? Now I don't have my nails done for my wedding

I had my nails done here on Saturday and I can say I am very unhappy with my experience. Not only was I over charged from their prices on their board my nails have to much acrylic on them, there is gaps between my natural nails and the acrylic and the nails are different sizes! The white tips are different thickness aswell. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
