Great food, really nicely laid out and lovely sitting eating food with birds singing next to you! Only thing that let it down slightly was the lack of customer engagement from the older staff. The younger ones were happy, chatty and engaging. The older ones who we were served by at the cafe and till were just plain miserable. Shame really.

Beautiful place with delicious all-day breakfast and brunch. I personally felt that the ingredients were really fresh, especially the beef patty which weren't greasy at all.Taking a look at the garden shop outside was a great experience as well. I loved the layout of each flower and plant; very pleasing to the eyes and to navigate.I would recommend visiting via car as there were no pedestrian access i.e. no footpath on the main street leading to this location when I followed Google Maps.

I really love coming to this garden centre for coffee with friends and a peruse around the shop. They have some lovely glass vases, and pottery for unique gifts, a small jewellery outlet in store some beautiful pieces for around the home and some excellent plants and water features. The shop itself is split from the cafe by a small bird aviary to watch while having a hot drink. The cafe itself is really nicely decorated and has a lovely ambience. There are plenty of tables inside and a few outside for when the weather is warm. They serve delicious cakes, a small but tasty hot food menu and teas including fruit teas and coffee with a choice of syrups, for an extra treat.

My first time at this garden centre. I was really impressed. A huge variety of goods for sale. We stopped for lunch and although the menu offered steak and kidney pudding it was not available which was a disappointment. The meals and drinks we ordered were delivered as fast as lighting ✨. I cannot remember such fast service anywhere else I have visited. Everything was first class and I enjoyed watching the wee birds in the aviary on the back wall.

My review is not so much for the place, but for the way that their social media is handled. The cafe is great, and the homewares section is quite nice. However, on taking a photo of one of their garden corners, I found that sharing it on social media was followed by them copying the exact posting, and never sharing the original, with the response from their team being along the lines of “well, we created the corner so we have the right to basically redo anything anyone snapshots here, regardless of if its not our original content”. This response tells me all I need to know about their ethos, which is that probably most of what they share is probably stolen ideas from somewhere else. It makes sense if you’ve been to Petersham Nursery in London, as this place is trying to do something similar. Id rather spend my money in a business that doesn’t treat their customers like a commodity.

Came here for some lunch with my boyfriend. We both ordered the chicken burger which upon arrival looked lovely but unfortunately it was very dry with a lack of sauce. We weren’t given any cutlery and also when we asked for salt, pepper and mayonnaise to my surprise they came back over with sachets of it all. I’d expect better quality from a place like this but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the standards.

Wow, what a fantastic breakfast! A really lovely place to visit with a great selection of food and drink.Additionally, the garden centre side of it stocked high end, great quality products. From clothing to chess sets!Definitely worth a visit. We will be making this our regular spot to visit.Family and dog friendly too.

Food was nice, staff are friendly. Few issues with the card machine when we visited which was slightly inconvenient. Food was served quickly after ordering.

The food in the restaurant is amazing! Their cakes are decorated beautifully when you order a slice they typically come with a gooseberry and an artistic dribble of sauce. Love the atmosphere, it’s beautiful, with the bird avery overlooking the restaurant, outdoor seating is also available, always a pleasant experience! As garden centres typically are it is on the pricier side but nice for a treat! X
