Brooks and Pointon built an extension for us in 2019-20 (plus a lot of landscaping and ancillary jobs). All-in we could not have been happier with James, Danny and their team. We found them to be conscientious, hard-working and professional at all times. There are always little surprises when you tack something on to a 300 year old structure, but overall there were no big or unreasonable issues with the budget or the build. We'd happily recommend them and indeed use them again. Well done guys - we think your business is a model for the industry!

Brooks & Pointon recently finished our home renovation including a new open plan kitchen diner area, new cloak room & bathroom, first floor landing configuration & hard landscaping to the garden & a new garden store room. We are absolutely delighted with all the work & couldn’t be happier with the quality of the finish & general standard of work throughout. We love our renovated home!The whole team did a brilliant job & were a pleasure to have around. Nev was our site manager and he is absolutely BRILLIANT! Extremely professional, responsive, organised, patient & SO helpful with great ideas in terms of planning & the final finish & also really great company too! Special thanks also to Graham, Dillon & the brick layers for all their hard work & brilliant finish! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brooks & Pointon.

This company have gone into liquidation in June this year and most of the reviews are fictitious they are not competent builders.I would also like to point out all the reviews are 5 star with all the good will this is not possible. Steer clear.I have one thing to add this company has now taken down all reviews from their website I think it says more about them.

Brooks & Pointon have just finished our single storey extension and complete house renovation - with new open plan kitchen, bathrooms, sun room and landscaping. The team did an excellent job, the quality of the finish were first rate.We worked closely with Nev, our site manager who was fantastic - professional, well organised and a lovely guy! The whole team are all great, easy to work with, and good at coming up with solutions to problems along the way. We would would also like to say a special thanks to Graham for going above and beyond with the painting.We would highly recommend Brooks & Pointon - and have already done so to friends and family.

Brooks and Pointon have recently laid a new roof to our property - using Cotswold tiles - and we are delighted with their work. The quality is first rate, and everyone involved has been very professional and friendly. Our main point of contact has been Nev, who is a fantastic guy - very knowledgeable and helpful. He always got back to us speedily when we needed an an answer to a question, and has been a pleasure to deal with. I unhesitatingly recommend B&P. We will certainly be using them again.

B&P recently landscaped our garden including re-laying drains, a large terrace, beautiful curved steps, rainwater harvesting tank installation,fencing and lawn. We really could not recommend them enough. The team were professional, helpful and hard working. They were always on hand to come up with better solutions to problems and the craftsmanship is just outstanding. Site management was smooth and communication clear throughout - we would have no hesitation recommending them. Even our neighbours and kids loved them! Worth every penny.

We have recently completed a single-story extension with a new kitchen/diner, utility room and bathroom with B&P. As part of the build, we also refurbished the ground floor of our property and used B&P’s appointed contractors for all plumbing, electrics and tile finishes. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process of working with B&P. Nev was our site manager, he was brilliant from start to finish, ensuring we stayed on track, providing expert guidance and always keeping us well informed as the project developed. Graham, Dillon and the rest of the team were always great to have on site, very tidy, professional and accommodating to our family needs to minimise disruption during the build. Danny and the whole team have done a fantastic job for us on our build and we highly recommend their services.

A huge thank you to James, Danny and all the Brooks and Pointon team for their fantastic work on our garage build. From the outset we were so impressed with the professionalism and quality of all aspects of the work undertaken. Communication was clear throughout and James involved us with all key decisions; something we really appreciated as this was our first experience of completing this type of work. Every member of the team, and each sub-contractor, who worked on the project were extremely polite, well-mannered, and very hard-working - often staying beyond their scheduled hours to complete work. This meant that the build was completed ahead of schedule! We are so pleased with the end product and will definitely be using this fantastic local firm for any future projects. B&P took on a tricky groundworks package for us and delivered a first class result. James (Brooks) and his team in particular were professional, skilled and super helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future should a suitable project arise!

We contacted Brooks and Pointon for an entire rebuild/renovation of our back room to an open plan kitchen/living area. They were tidy, professional, friendly and always turned up every day on time. I would advise using all their contractors to do the work start to finish as it makes it really seamless and they organise it all. Every person here worked so hard to get the room finished as we were on a deadline and they always accommodated every detail for us. They kept me updated along the way and always answered every question I had. I don’t normally write reviews and have renovated three properties - they are the only company I would recommend. Super impressed so thank you all that worked at our house for making our vision come true.
