They made the best out of a difficult situation and provided support and encouragement amidst the chaos.In conclusion, my experience at Hydraforce was far from ideal. The combination of bad management, rude staff, and a rat-infested warehouse made it an incredibly challenging workplace. Since Rexwroth have taken over Hydraforce, life has become truly depressing with false promises and lies. Last week was told adamantly that my job was secure however I came to work, only to find my job at risk with threats of redundancy. Hydraforce Hydraulics has a duty to its employees to be truthful and transparent however it feels like we have been betrayed and lied to. I put my faith and trust in Hydraforce, thinking it was a career option instead it was a waste of time, another temporary position.For progression,It's not how hard you work at Hydraforce, its who you are friends with, likely to get chosen for line leader/Team leader positions.P.sI worked hard for this company for over two years and got laid off a few weeks ago, what is disturbing, is the way employees got laid of, no update but marched into the office and escorted to our vehicles like criminals.
