Operations manager Dave has NO interpersonal skills or knows how to talk to the public. Rude arrogant and uneducated. Disgrace to the BARR families friendly image. Shame because I love the drinks. Robert security however is 10/10 and should be given Daves job. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to find. I was told to park up and wait for FLT driver to tell me where to go. Wrong !. When you have parked up go to the operations dept in the middle of the yard because one side is run by Stobbart and the other by AG Barr and communication is absent from what i could see. Toilet in the operations dept and drinks machine. Not a bad site once you have worked out how it works....

Do not recommend carriers. You have to wait 3-4 hours in the ramp. After that, you have to do the customs documents, and then catch a ferryboat. 90% of the ramps are parked by Eddie Stobart trailers. So is a lost day when you came here!

Load is always readyBut booking in at gate can be a challengeEngine off and trying to talk to security is very difficult as a plastic sheet is over the window and the lack of understanding of the Kings English makes it bloody hard work

Review for anyone wanting to work in goods in. 6.00 till 14.00 - 14.00 till 10.00 rotate or 12 hour shifts 6.00 till 18.00 - 18.00 till 6.00. The 12 hour shifts are 3 days on 3 off then 3 nights on 3 off. Using counterbalance, aisle master/flexi. Mostly forklift work, usual tasks- loading/unloading, line feeding. Good job in general just the goods in manager holding it back from being a 4/5 star job.
