The business manager is amazing! Words cannot describe how great this lovely lady is. The staff are great, such a nice lovely, positive and uplifting environment. I love love love love it.

Very disappointing received a get ready for London voucher which involved nail appointment and nail art - not their fault but took 40 minutes to remove my previous application so that was most of appointment up then had to have speedy gel but no glitter art bling or anything I get here at home in a small town in Scotland-was expecting so much more would not ever return also had a coughing fit no water available though staff member went and got fir me at £2 cost - used to be a good experience in Harvey Nichols with champagne etc . Girls were lovely eventually but think at first they were not happy at me. Just disappointing.

Shakira saved my nails after having them pigmented from a red polish nail from Channel.She was fast ,efficient and profesional and yes my nails aren't stained anymore.Highly recommend it.Many thanks for being so great ❤

I had the express manicure today. The nail technician was super friendly and really amazing! She wasn’t only quick but also very precise. I don’t know what her name is as it wasn’t on her name tag. But she is the one with red nails with gold foils on them! Will be back soon xUpdate: 6 days later and my nail polish is still intact! That’s a rarity! They usually start chipping away in a couple of days (:

I was late 9 minutes so they canceled my appointment without a notice and asked me to wait in case the next customer doesn’t show up. I waited for a long time as the next customer was 15 minutes late and the lady called her several times without answering. After 20 minutes she asked me to choose a nail polish and have a seat. When the lady just began my service, she saw her client coming in so she stopped and asked me to leave!
