Dishonest , stay clear. They have great reviews so I presume this is a one off.Keep Reading...I purchased an expensive piece of kit from these guys, had a hell of a time getting support, argued with guy on the phone who was extremely defensive. maybe a bad day..Then realised the deck had been used before, due to labels etc.Placed a note on the Denon forums for tech help. Deemed as faulty, sent deck back. Because of the Bank Holiday weekend they couldn't get me another deck in time. In good faith I purchased another for immediate dispatch as the broken one could only be exchanged.Deck arrived next day, broken deck picked up following Monday.No contact from them regarding refund. Was offered £50 as good will, never happened.Waited over a week for the refund, still nothing. Called, was told it would be processed that day. Didn't happen, called back following day, was told it would be raised.Contacted by PayPal they had authorised the refund - however, they refunded by eCheque which takes 10-15 days to clear, in this day and age there is no need for that with FasterPayments..It then gets worse!!!!!!!On the same forum, another member raises the same topic. I reached out to him and found out it was my broken deck as I had swapped the box's over when returning the old one - the serials were a mismatch on the deck and box, same problems.These guys are cheap and cheap for a reason, I won't be going back.. There really is no need.COVID or not, if you can't aftersale then you shouldn't be selling.Cowboys.

Superb experience, customer service went out of their way to correct courier mistake so I could get all the gear on time. Everything was brand new and in sealed boxes and at an incredible price. Would recommend/will use again.

I bought some pioneer decks for my son's Christmas present from Djdeals.The web site was great & easy to use allowing me to choose an array of different bundles.I don't usually pay on finance but the package they arranged was competitive & simple.The decks came within a few days so all in all I'm very pleased with the customer service they provided.

Nothing better out there!!! Bought a Pioneer DDJ-400 Controller package, Brand new and in Perfect working condition for the lowest price out there. This included a Pioneer DJC Bag, Headphones and full Rekordbox Software for the cheapest price I could find. I come across a issue when setting it up, but after an hour of helping me, it was finally resolved...don't think I've come across better customer service" with people who are so determined to help customers and ensure satisfaction. Cant recommend enough!"

Fantastic equipment shop & showroom. Always competitive with pricing. Delivery is always extremely fast and the salesman I tend to deal with most, Ben, is always welcoming and very helpful. Have been buying majority of my equipment from here for myself and friend for several years and will keep doing so. Highly recommend.

Was promised the earth the ordering RCF speakers and lighting, that was 6 weeks ago and i am still waiting for delivery, the customer service is a joke they say they will keep you informed which they don't.I ordered RCF subs from a german company last Sunday and they have arrived within 6 days.Guess you never know until you've tried, i won't try again

Bought an electronic drumkit, Alexis nitro mesh. Works great came next day in the morning. Plus they gave me a pack of haribos which was cute.Thanks you would buy again!!!

First time customer and DJ'ing newbie, received prompt replies to my initial enquirers, take the finance option and bought a Dennon Prime 2 bundle, from applying for the finance to receiving the delivery and unwrapping my new kit took less than 3 days. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend
