Pandora Banbury

Visited this store today to purchase a particular ring for a present. Had all the details of the item and the size required. Was informed that Pandora sizes were in numbers not letters and she would have to check what what it was. Once that was established she opened one draw, peered in and said no we don’t have that size. I asked if it could be ordered for me? Was told not if I wanted it before Christmas, even though the website states the latest ordering date is the 19th December. I asked could she check availability? She said no she wasn’t allowed I would have to order it myself. My daughter then visited very shortly afterwards to try on the ring and check the size. A different member of staff helped her and they had three or four of her size in the draw to try on! Extremely unhelpful member of staff and very abrupt! Won’t go there again!

Went in for a particular item. Was told no don't have it, without looking, but have 2 similar, asked to see them was then also told no actually we aint got them either! Ask them to check as online said I could collect there, lady went our the back to check online" 20 secs later back I've checked and no. I was going to leave look around and shes talking about me to other staff and In front of other customers!! When then challenged who I put in a complaint to was told she wasn't allowed to give any details as they was a franchise!! Customer service in a place like this is a must and the ladies in there were rude and didn't want to help certain ppl!!"

Branded jewellery store selling own stock. Seems expensive, but appears to be busy. Staff are helpful but I would advise you to attend at a quiet period to get better service

Fantastic service. I rang up 2 days ago and Chloe had everything ready for me today. She was friendly with great product knowledge. We will come to the Banbury store again.

One of the best experience at Pandora Banbury was received from Marina. She helped me pick a ring for my wife for our anniversary. Service was flawless.

Got a charm for my little niece for xmas but it was packed poorly. By the time it was received the little sack was opened and the charm was gone. Must have fell out of the bag in the mean time. Went back to the shop and explained what happened. Staff were very helpful and we found a satisfactionary resolution. Thank you

I love shopping in this store, it’s the best Pandora I’ve been to. I was served by Raine who helped me choose a special birthday present for my daughter. She was full of smiles and a real credit to the company. All the girls in this store are fab :)

The staff here are very friendly. The shop has recently been refurbished and is very fresh and clean. The lady who served me was lovely and when I didn't have enough money on me to buy the charm I wanted so reserved it for me, and remembered me when I came back for it nearly a week later. Very helpful

I popped into your store in Banbury today, looking for a present for my daughter in law. Not sure what type of bracelet I was after, the young lady named Lucy was so helpful. She was very kind and patient with me, as my eye sight is not too good. Showed me a good selection and advised on charms etc. A very pleasant shopping experience for me, I shall definitely shop there again. Please give Lucy my thanks.
