While planning a trip for a family event in Oxfordshire, we reached out to Oxford VIP Chauffeurs as they had been recommended by our long-time Travel Agent at American Express's Platinum Card service. Our initial contact with Jabbar, who owns Oxford VIP, was due to our Granddaughter's trip to Heathrow in the Fall of 2021, as she embarked upon her Junior year abroad, studying at Oxford. Concerned for her ability to navigate from Heathrow to Oxford via train with ample luggage, we were comforted when Jabbar met her at the airport and treated her as if she were his own daughter. Jabbar located the dorm and carried all the luggage up a steep, circular staircase, ensuring our Granddaughter's smooth transition to a wholly-new situation. One month ago, a family celebration caused us to travel to Oxfordshire and without hesitation, we reached out to Jabbar. In advance of our arrival at Heathrow, Jabbar asked about any special requirements and he met us with an extended base S" Class Mercedes as he knew that extra legroom was needed for our comfort. Not a “VIP” service at all. Made me pay extra for a mistake they made. Take payment in advance and then ask for more is not the right way to do business. There are other better options in Oxford.

I have used Oxford Vip chauffeurs a few times between Oxford and Gatwick and I found them very polite, discrete and smartly dressed. They offer me a coffee when I arrive which I highly appreciate!
