I contacted the Barnsley Bate office seeking advice regarding a party wall dispute. Ryan Hannibal- law answered the phone and immediately put me at ease and after a discussion offered to send the appropriate correspondence to my neighbour . During a very stressful time Ryan was always available via telephone or email to offer guidance. I cannot thank Ryan enough for his help and support and would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

It has took me a long time to write this as it kept slipping my mind to do so!We had Derek Bate help us as an expert witness in a complaint against another surveyor.Derek was excellent and professional throughout. Unfortunately very disappointed with the overall service. We contacted Derek to resolve a long standing building concern. Derek is very experienced and knowledgeable. This came through loud and clear to me. Although not a huge issue, our problem needed further investigations to resolve. The contractors which Derek arranged for the necessary excavations were also very good. The work was completed quickly and the site left neat and tidy with wet concrete being the only clue that they had been.Looking forward to getting the repair work done and a load off our minds.
