Disappointing and Appalling; these are two of many words I can use to describe the service that I received when I came here today..... I arrived here for a simple haircut and it was not overly busy at all inside. 4 barbers were present and it would appear to be a quick cut today. But boy I was completely wrong... I had waited 1 HOUR 30 MINS when I had enough. One specific barber knew I was waiting for him to cut my hair, then he decided to go home which was quite frustrating and told me the next available barber will cut my hair. So when it came to this moment of an available barber, he told me this guy needs to go first" without reason (considering how people have come after me and got cut and left). In fact

Unprofessional - the barber doesn’t work properly. May stop and discuss with colleagues.Very slow moving - it takes more than 1.5 hours for a easiest haircut and even in that case the haircut was unfinished.Scissors? Never heard about them. Just ruined my haircut.When I asked to cut upside, I regretted. He had just totally ruined my haircut. Finally, need to go to another barbershop to correct it.The most disgusting was the moment after ruining the haircut - the price for “that job” it’s - 170% of a standard price.I have never had so bad haircut experience. Very disappointed. Never come again.

Good shop with a lot of space to sit. The trims are quality, assuming you have black afro hair style. I cannot vouch for any other type of hair though.
