Very impressed with Charterhouse Surveyors & Engineers. Jake did a building survey for us and it was so comprehensive with many images also taken with a drone. It will act as a very useful comprehensive schedule of works for us going forward. After the survey we could speak with Jake to get some immediate feedback and following the survey we were able to ask any further questions we had. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will certainly be using Charterhouse Surveyors & Engineers for any future calculations we may need and we recommend them most highly.

Our Building (Structural) Survey was carried out by Jake who kept us informed throughout the process and produced a well written and detailed report in the time stated. Due to the size of the report, I was concerned it may include a lot of generic documentation but that wasn't the case, it was very much specific to the property and gave us confidence in proceeding with our sale. If you are after a similar service, I would recommend Charterhouse and will use again in the future.

My partner and I have recently purchased our first home together. Jake carried out two level three surveys for us on two properties.Jake was extremely professional throughout and both reports were very detailed. We made the difficult decision to pull out of the first purchase due to the amount of work needing to be carried out. Jake was also able to provide us with an estimate for the works which helped us make our decision.As we felt we were in very capable hands, we were happy to ask Jake to carry out a second survey on another house. This report was as detailed as the first. We were also particularly happy with the brilliant attention to detail found in both reports.We did have an additional drain survey carried out as recommended by Jake. We are glad we did as it identified a potential issue which was quickly resolved by our sellers.We thankfully did purchase the second property and since moving in a month ago, we have been very happy! If we ever move house again, I will not go to anyone else for a survey.

The level 3 survey report was clear and thorough. The surveyor was then happy to discuss it with me and answer questions so I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed with the property. I would recommend Charter House surveyors and would use them again myself without hesitation.

Very thorough and diligent. Jake has spotted issues we would have never though about. Just one example - he mentioned that the roof might be leaking, but only during heavy rainfall. And guess what- that is exactly what happened during recent downpour.Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the detail of the survey that Gerard Walsh did for us on a property. The service was of the highest order. I can't speak highly enough of Charter House surveyors. On the day of the survey Gerard gave us a curtesy call as soon as he had finished with a detailed overview. Then promised us the written report in a few days. The 49 page review went into detail I was not expecting. I just wish I could give 6 stars as that's the service we got. I would highly recommend Charter House Surveyors to anyone and everyone.
