Booked a viewing of a property this week and even after following the companies strict confirmation policies, the appointment was never made. The seller was not made aware of any viewing and a 45 minute trip was for nothing. There will be no turning this frown upside down, thanks to a Liam Grundy.

Shameful company, one of their tennants flats flooded and caused massive damage to our own and 3 weeks on we are being ignored and lied to on when the work is going to be carried out.

So happy we chose 222 for our next rental. Super happy with the property and always very quick to resolve any issues we have.

Brilliant service for a problematic shower in the home I rent from the plumber who came today. He persevered until he'd sorted it, dead polite and courteous, too.Jade on reception is unfailingly lovely and friendly, and David who handles routine inspections - which have been fairly unpleasant experiences in other properties/with other letting agencies - is extremely nice and puts you at ease. Definitely recommend.

I took the place straight away as needed to get a place quickly. 222 managed to get it done a day before expected which was really appreciated. Thanks to the 222 team for their hard work. Would definitely recommend. Adrian

Used 222 to sell my late Mum's bungalow. They were able to guide me through the selling process, navigating the inevitable bumps along the way. They took care of the viewings as the house was empty. Competitive price too. Would recommend.

222 Estates recently sold my property, they certainly go the extra mile, customer service is outstanding and I found them to be calming and supportive during all whole process, especially Greg who was a good listener and always had time to explain where we were at. I had plenty of viewers and was happy with the price, their fees are competitive and its nice to meet such a wonderful team working like a well oiled machine, would defiantly recommend 222

Booked a viewing for a house with Liam Grundy and confirmed by email that we were still happy to view the property on the day of the viewing.Shown up at the house and the house owner said she wasn’t aware of anyone coming to view her house on that day.I called the estate agents and Liam had forgotten to tell the owner about the viewing.Not only did he forget to tell the owner though, he forgot to mention to me that the viewing would therefore be cancelled and failed to tell me he wasn’t even going to show up to the property.Struggling to understand why even 10-15 mins before the viewing Liam couldn’t even call to explain his mistake and that he wouldn’t be meeting me at the property.The woman I spoke to on the phone offered me an alternative day/ time, however after travelling 45 minutes to see the house and to have the estate agent not bother to show up or ring me to apologise I would not consider moving forward with this estate agents in the future.Since Liams reply: as said previously, i did reply to your email confirming the appointment. Accept responsibly for your mistake and stop blaming others, you wrote a 5 star review on 222 estate agents google page about your own business… talk about needing an ego boost.
