I booked two appointments whit them via Treatwell. 2 hours before the first one (it was a shellac removal) I received a phone call from them. She asked me If my nails had the Shellac brand. If so, she can remove, otherwise not. The brand on my nails was not Shellac, so first appointment cancelled (just 2 hours before.) The second one was for foot massage and she said something like we're happy to proceed with that". I asked if I could replace the shellac removal with something else

Would not recommend. Had nail extension done. One nail fell off the next day, another two within a week.I believe that by charging £40 for infills, you should make sure that nails last for more than a week.

I highly recommend this place!!! Best beauty salon there is. I always go for waxing and Saffie is not only super friendly but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable and uses the best products for you skin! I always walk out satisfied with the results and the price is really affordable. ☺️ my top one choice for a reason

Editing review because salon owner trimmed my eyelashes, didn’t realise until most of them fell out. This person is evil and not to be trusted. Shame on you.

Great experience with Saffie. She was very experienced, patient and thoughtful, gave me great advices and suggestions on the colour. Aside from that she also went above n beyond to get to the best effect for my nails prepared for upcoming events. So happy with how they turned out! Thanks

Amazon salon! Will definitely be back. Saffi was so lovely and is a great beauty therapist. My eyebrows and eyelashes look great. I always end up going to a different place each time I get my eyebrows done, but I've definitely now found somewhere to be loyal to.
