Fantastic service! I needed to order an urgent fuser unit for my company's printer. Despite missing the regular cut off for the daily post, Cath had this expedited to be sent out via Fedex courier for very next morning.I had called relatively late in the afternoon and wasn't expecting much but Cath made the improbable a reality. It is also always great to have a company who picks up the phone as opposed to either having no number or being filtered through an automated system.Thanks again!Neil

We ordered a Oki Dot matrix printer. Promptly delivered next day.Great service from CDS. Shay was very helpful advising on configuration changes. We ended up returning the printer as we changed the way we print.The return process was smooth and Shay from CDS was extremely helpful.

There is not a bad word i can say about the service we have consistently been given.Dave is a true professional whos technical knowledge is only outshone by his tremendous customer service.Dave provides a thoughtful personal and supportive service and nothing has been too much trouble for him.I fail to see how anyone can match his work ethic and attitude to customer service and support.

What, can I say .. they are obviously focused on delivering exceptional customer services. My experience so far from working with these people is great. fast response , quick turn around on support requests, Purchased items working as expected with out issue. Had one glitch and as mentioned they recovered it fast. Will be recommending and using more in the services in the future.

Bought a refurbished printer in 2020 and after 3 years the board failed. Contacted CDS with the problem and they offered to replace the board, fit it and return it back to me for the price of the board quoted on their website. Top tier service!
