Truly awful 'computer says no' medical agency who combine a rock bottom service to their solicitor panel with hyper inflated prices, which are frequently contested by Defendants. No concession is given to solicitor members who are expected to take a hit on their extraordinary fees. The only efficient aspect of this organisation is their Credit Control department... Just avoid.

Totally useless and rudeOnline appointments that never happenTotal disgrace I have waited years for this companies reports.Waited on 3 separate occasions for 1 appointment that never happened. I got the blame today for not clicking on a link that was never sent. The so called “expert” had my phone number but never called at the appointed time.Operator was rude and condescending.

This company is in the UK. I'm in the US. I received an email from them saying see the attached medical records". They should not have ANY medical records for me. I smell a huge scam and am reporting them."

I was involved in a no fault RTA 5 months ago and referred via the Accident Management Service and solicitors. Pushed me into physio I wasn’t sure was necessary and booked it in the most inaccessible place knowing my car was written off? 3 months to get a medical which was in a draughty church hall with no signs and members of the public wandering through. When the report eventually arrived electronically it only mentioned whiplash from which I had recovers by then but nothing about concussion and other injuries to hip and arm. Sent back for amendment but it has been weeks now. My partner who was also in the car at the time of the incident suffered similar injuries and his very delayed report also only mentioned whiplash and not the concussion etc which smacks of a scam as it involved different locations, doctors and dates. I suspect they are told to only report on whiplash to push through cheap easy to process cases and hope that they are not challenged. To put this into context there are police reports , paramedics attended and independent witness with dash cam footage. I am disabled and the stress is causing me extreme anxiety delaying very necessary surgery. This company is a disgrace

I'm disappoint to add to the previous negative reviews of Premex. Having seen the previous negative reviews I really hoped that the reviewers were mistaken, were somehow in the wrong and just complaining, or at least Premex had changed. It seems none of the aforementioned are true!It seems that the business model of this company is to get as much money out of the people referred to them as possible. This they do by orchestrating failed appointments. They keep you waiting for their late scheduled call, presumably in the hope that you have other plans and can't then complete the appointment. Having messaged late, prior to connecting the call they decide over Whatsapp that where you are isn't 'Private' enough and refuse to undertake the assessment, billing you for a failed appointment. Nowhere in their correspondence or website does it specify you have to be somewhere private, or what constitutes private.Having, having been referred by a solicitors acting on your behalf, have little choice but to pay their fines in order to get the assessment you need to pursue your case.Surely after you've suffered hurt and injury the firm/people referring you to this bunch of crooks have a duty of care for your welfare and should have carried out due diligence checks on this companies practices.Dont be fooled into thinking that they've at least got 1.5 stars in the reviews. You have to give at least 1 star. No stars isn't an option!

Sadly I have had to report Premex to trading standards who have agreed that with the evidence I have provided there has been foul play. I suffered injuries in a car crash that wrote my vehicle off and changed my life for 5 months. A so called doctor" said he would contact me via WhatsApp but did not contact. I tried again and he said I had missed the appointments. Following this

My name is actually Daniel. I worked at the Horwich branch. Comfortably the most incompetent company I've ever worked with. They essentially asked me to cover a role I didn't apply for, until the start date for the role I initially applied for, began. Nevertheless, I obliged.I was thrown straight into doing the job after only listening to about five calls, with absolutely no training - of which, I was even told there should be 3 days of training. I had no idea what I was doing. Inevitably, when I was I made a mistake (due to no real training) I was sacked. Immediately.Wasted my time and showed a complete disregard to mentoring staff, whilst I had to travel 2 hours a day.Not withstanding my moral objections with a company that incentivised it's employees to hound clients into getting physiotherapy (and reducing their pay if they fail to to do so). Disappointing sign of the times. Greedy and disloyal.

Couldn’t organise a booze up in a brewery. This company were engaged by my husband’s legal representatives to arrange an independent medical review and report. Premix after four months of waiting secured an appointment with a specialist whose area of expertise was in no way relevant to the injuries to those sustained by my husband. After attending the appointment and being told by the said specialist that he didn’t understand why we had been sent to him and that he couldn’t compile a legal report, we then received a letter from Premex stating that the specialist would no longer be compiling the legal review and rather shirtily stated that we were not to contact him again with no apology from Premex whatsoever for ballsing up a basic simple task - IE, engaging a specialist who dealt with the injuries sustained by my husband. I could have secured an appointment quicker and more effectively myself. This company are an absolute joke and have no common courtesy whatsoever.

I have given 1 star to enable me to review-- I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE ZERO .. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with . They are incompetent- keep sending same request for medical release form-- it has been sent back on numerous occasions-- THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGED receiving it in June this year !!!!They sent me a letter with other clients personal details included !!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL-- Can't wait to see the back of them .. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE-- AVOID AVOID AVOID...

They keep asking for me to sign for med records but I've signed over 19 permission forms.They keep saying they have IT issues.
