Sopra Steria UKVCAS Service Point

Worst staff I have ever encountered they make you wait an hour in the cold and then they barely speak to you to let you know what's happening. If you wanted to be disrespected come to this service center.

Onsite free parking for visitors (don't forget to register car registration at the reception)

Overall a quick experience. Here is some info I wish I had before arriving. There is no signage that says Sopra Steria or UKVI. It only says Regus. This is the correct building. There are limited guest/visitor parking spots. I ended up parking in a nearby parking lot of an empty building. However, once I entered the front door there was a receptionist and an Ipad that allows you to register your vehicle. The seating right when you walk in is the waiting area for Sopra Steria. Someone with a lanyard and list will come out to ask if you are there for your biometrics. The whole process didn't take long and the staff where friendly. Make sure you have all the required paperwork that your email tells you to bring with.Just down the road in the Capability Green business park is a Greggs if you fancy a donut and coffee before or after your appointment. Hope this helps.

Appointment needed prior to attending. Small car park on the left as you enter which customers can use, but need to register number plate once inside on system. Once inside very quick.

I asked reception lady any free parking and she said yes but she didn't tell me to register my car and I had parking notice letter later on amount was not cheap.Be aware for parking.

This is uk visa service point! Free parking, you just park at Regus visitor or Regas reserved car park lot, and register your reg at Reception.The receptionist is really nice and so as other stuff. Highly recommended this service point!

You do not need to register your car at the reception like before. Free parking for 45 minutes.

Not happy, I have a bad experience with them.I was charged £100 by car park company. There is no information about paid parking at entry, no information in the desk as well.UKVCAS did not send any information about paid parking.UKVCAS brings people to the paid car park without informing them. This is not fair.That's why this case will now be reported to the council and I will be pursuing legal action on the grounds that the car park is not fairly marked.
