I could not recommend Rightbuild highly enough. They were there from the very start. Despite us leaving our initial plans for an extension for another year.In August, we contacted Rightbuild after 3 months of contact with a competing builder who did his best to avoid us. Rightbuild came over straight away and started to discuss plans for our extension which had been drawn out by an architect. Within a week, Rightbuild had already started our work of demolition and gave us a very specific timeframe (3 months) of finishing our extension work which included building a bathroom downstairs, extending our home from the back for a kitchen, re-doing all the plumbed pipe work, building a foundation, roof work, boiler repositioning/replacement, levelling the floor, installing skylights, windows & bi fold doors, plastering/skimming, skirting, flooring.The timeframe was to ensure that work was complete and safe while we were still living in the house (ideal if you don't want to live elsewhere temporarily). As a team of diverse workers, Rightbuild had employers that spoke several languages apart from English i.e. Hindi, Urdu. Rightbuild was always there to maintain contact with you via WhatsApp and email to ensure we could ask questions regarding our project.In addition, Rightbuild weren't hesitant to recommend anything else that could improve our home further. They were willing to improve our home in every aspect possible within our budget. We removed an arch in the living room that we weren't initially going to. Anything else we wanted doing we did and there were no delays around it. We wanted to replace our sockets and lights. It was done. We needed to move heavy furniture and equipment, for our project. It was done. You wanted to ask questions, they always had an answer for it.Rightbuild treat you like it's their own home. Everything is done to an increasingly high standard and a short timeframe. Deepak and his team have been brilliant, our particular ask was to demolish an existing single storey tandem garage, replace with a two-storey extension, bathroom on ground floor rear with a utility room and open up top of the stairs in to two new bedrooms, and retain a single garage to the front. Not content with this, we also required a single storey kitchen extension. All in all a few months work, done in all weathers (including 8-inches of snow at one point) and to fine standards. Nothing the team can't turn their hand to, you name it, ground-works, roofing, tiling, joinery, plumbing, electrics, all handled with ease. Yes, there were a few snags, nothing insurmountable, and so I have no hesitation in recommending Right Build Nottingham to anyone.

I had contacted Depaq at Rightbuild to consult on a house my husband and I were looking to purchase in Nottingham. He was very friendly on the phone and extremely professional, he agreed to attend and arrived promptly with great communication causing me to feel reassured that we were not dealing with a cowboy or wasting our time coming up from London. This was not major work for him, but the effort and advice was second to none. It shows that when we take on a large project, I can count on them to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. From his advice also, we were able to identify that they are not just after the money, and genuinely care about the best outcome for their clients, which speaks volumes after dealing with other builders who have not been this way inclined.
