Great selection of quality, healthy products. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. We buy everything for our dogs there. Big chain stores don't care what they sell you and are happy to fill your pets with harmful products like rawhide, but Bertie's only sell safe, beneficial treats.

Nice shop, friendly helpful staff. No parking near so couldn't get large bags of chicken feed as they are too heavy to carry very far

Helpful and friendly service. I pulled in briefly at the back for heavy items. Good stock and the plants outside are very reasonable and brighten up the sidewalk. Well done.
