Every time I go to Charlotte I come away feeling refreshed and pampered. Charlotte gives a great massage, communicates with you to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable and always has a spotless, serene salon to welcome you in to.I couldn't recommend Hand & Stone enough! Charlotte will always be my go-to for anything beauty related as she is definitely an expert!

After being self conscious of my bitten nails I went to see Charlotte for BIAB after being recommended her services on Facebook.I am so pleased I chose hand and stone! Charlotte is one of the most friendly and welcoming people I know. She is a huge perfectionist with her nail art and will not let me leave until she and I are happy with the results. The pictures say it all!I was very anxious about the gel lifting as I am an avid swimmer but this has never happened with Charlotte unlike reviews I have read on other services. I always leave feeling happy and confident.Not only being great at her job, Charlotte is so lovely and easy to talk to during the treatment. We always have a laugh.Besides her work being the absolute best, it is also the most affordable in the area.I feel very lucky to be a client of Charlottes, I already can't wait until my next appointment.I have also seen Issac for a back and shoulder massage. It was the most relaxing experience! Issac is so professional and really targeted all the problem areas effectively. It definitely helped with my physically straining job. I will be back again!Overall- I would very highly recommend hand and stone hollistics. You definitely won't be disappointed :)

I have had a variety of treatments from Charlotte and all are amazing. She is always friendly and welcoming. Today I had an absolute treat, i had a full body massage, body scrub and mud wrap. I have left feeling refreshed, relaxed and smelling great. Keep doing a great job like always Charlotte!

Charlotte is very professional and always accommodating. I my first massage with her was a back neck and shoulders, it was a great mixture or pressure and relaxation, something I always felt was missing from chain massage places. I know visit Charlotte monthly and I look forward to it everytime!! She is great at providing a tpilored service, adapting to what ever your needs are.

Amazing little salon. Charlotte's skill as a nail technician and her professionalism are second to none, but more importantly she's a real people person and wonderful at setting clients at their ease. Having my nails done by her was my first foray into the world of nail art, but Charlotte's friendly nature, her cosy home salon and her great coffee make every visit an absolute delight - I really look forward to my visits. So thankful to have found Charlotte! I recently had my first ever facial and she made the whole experience wonderful. Not only is she friendly, calming and welcoming but she listened and adjusted the treatment to my skin needs and the results speak volumes! I suffer with psoriasis and was worried that a facial might aggravate it but my skin feels so soft and the most comfortable it’s been in months!I will definitely be returning to Charlotte and will be recommending her to everyone!

I have always had wonderful treatments from Charlotte and Hand and Stone is the loveliest place to go for a great pamper. I can recommend waxing, nails and I always love a hot stone massage. Yesterday I had my first back, neck and shoulder massage with Isaac who was wonderful. Isaac was calming, attentive and a brilliant masseuse! My shoulders are feeling so much more relaxed today. Not only have I had the BEST manicures of my life but her pricing is so reasonable and you get a truly personalised service.Also great going before a summer holiday as you can get the works done in one place!Book early though as they book up!!Highly recommend!
