I went to get a basic cut and toner done, and left the shop crying. The toner looked nothing like what I asked for (which they did offer to fix) however my issue was with the cut of my hair. Gone in with a basic request of getting rid of my split ends and framing my face with a slight cut off my already existing side fringe. I was left with what looks like a full fringe, cut by a lady who I assume was training, when taken over by someone more professional I was asked if I had cut my own fringe at home and was there to fix it? Which I’m sure speaks for itself, very upset and very annoyed I cried, I hate confrontation and cannot deal with the idea of speaking up for myself. Aware of how upset I am they ‘fixed’ the fringe not to any good standard, when I went to get cash to pay for the service nothing more was offered despite my continuing tears, only when my sister (who was on the phone) spoke up for me was my fringe fixed a little more. Still not to the standard I would have expected from such a basic cut, I do believe a lot more could have been done to help the situation, maybe a discount on the service (which they were aware was horrible) but I only got a ‘You’re a pretty girl no one would even look at your hair’. This experience has shown me that there is no such thing as a ‘basic’ cut as what I thought was very straightforward went horribly wrong.

The staff are very polite and provide an excellent service

went here for to do my eyebrows, hated it. one eyebrow is fine but too thin and one is just messed, the start doesn’t line up with the rest. i’ll never go again, she made it hurt a lot and got mad if i flinched only the tiniest bit. i specifically told her to only clean it up but she just went solo and did whatever she wanted.
