NW CLEANING&MAINTENANCE

Absolutely heinous, terrible, rude and disrespectful cleaners. Do not ever book any cleaning jobs/end of tenancy cleans with this company whatsoever. They lie, place the blame on yourself for not cleaning properly beforehand, deliberately miss multiple entire sections of the flat to spite you, then finally demand an exorbitant amount of money for a slipshod terrible job. They did not even accomplish the basics of vacuuming under the rugs, and I had to go out of my way to call them back to sloppily get rid of black marks they themselves left ON MY WALLS!!! They never mopped the floors once either, and I had to do this myself. It was an absolutely terrible decision choosing this bootleg company to do business with. Save yourself from any misfortune, and give your hard-earned money to someone else who can do the job even half-properly.

They left our place spotless. They were slightly late but very apologetic and provided a very professional service. Would use again.

Cleaning was actually done very very well, however, cleaners all showed up at different times, 4 hrs later to what I had originally booked.Then I was told that my apartment wasn't going to get priced per the unit as I was quoted on the email, it was going to be by the hour, making it more expensive than what I was quoted.Then to top off, I had also requested a sofa cleaning, and only found out at the end, when I went to pay, that the sofa hadn't been cleaned as the machine wasn't working. Which made me have to find an alternative to clean this, making me spend an extra £40 on top of what I had already paid which was £195 for a very small 1 bedroom apartment.APPARENTLY because the kitchen had quite a lot of build up and a lot of dust they decided to charge me more than what was originally stated, without any prior notice.I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone or really use them again.If you do, then prebook it for 2 days in advance before your checkout, so that if anything goes wrong it doesn't add too much stress....we unfortunately did this the day before having to checkout and so this added extra stress that was not needed.However, I must state the cleaning was done very very well, and I am not complaining at all about the actual cleaning done, only the process of booking and getting exact quotes with this Company.

I got 3 hours cleaning service by 2 cleaners (135£) for 1 bedroom flat with open kitchen living room but it was more like 1 person cleaning. The lady barely did anything! eventually they left after 3 hours without finishing any part of the house properly except the bathroom because it was done by the man. I ended up cleaning the house after them they did not even move the couch to vacuum under it or clean the coffee table!! The man did good job if the lady did her job too the work would be done in 3 hours. Waste of money I do not recommend in addition the lady was not friendly AT ALL !
