We recently found a fabulous caravan on the internet and contacted Joe at Derwent Valley Caravans for more information. Joe was amazing from the start. As we live over 120 miles away, Joe very kindly recorded and sent us two very detailed and informative videos of the interior and exterior of the caravan. Based on his exceptional service we drove to Derwent Valley Caravans and purchased a beautiful caravan at a brilliant price. Just had our caravan in for a handbrake repair. An excellent job has been done. Joe took time to explain what had been done and gave us advice for future use. I recommend him and his staff 100% and I'll definately be going back there for any future repairs and services.

had a bit of a dilemma 2 days before heading away on holiday, the jockey wheel broke! popped into Derwent Valley Caravans, Joe was great, very helpful, very informative and a pleasure to deal with. booked the caravan in for a full service for when we get back. would definitely recommend.

We collected our caravan yesterday it was immaculate. Joe couldn't have been more helpful. As we were new to caravanning the guy that showed us the set up was great explained everything.highly grateful. Would definitely recommend. Off on our first adventure today.thanks alot.
