Can't even describe the egos of the women working at this glorified call centre. Wow!! Genuine am shocked at how empowered and special they feel.. Literally working for a company answering calls hun, calm down!

The debt they are collecting for is purely my own doing but trying to sort things with them is hard work. I have asked repeatedly if the payments can be spread over more than 2 months, they ignored my emails to then tell me they want full amount. I've asked repeatedly for expiation of theirs as the letter sent out to me states additional costs for debts over £1500. My debt was under that amount and they refuse to answer. They respond with generic emails that just state what they want

An appalling company ! A debt that started off at £189 for a parking fine has turned into nearly £400 ..I called to pay a £45 off the £189 and within 2 days they’d visited my home and.slapped £200 for that visit .. I tried to make an arrangement but the power hungry girls at the call centre would not listen to me .. phone was put down on me on 2 occasions .. refused to let me speak to an enforcer !These people at the call centre need training in a number of things !Repulsive humans !It’s my debt I know and I am not trying to shirk away from paying it .. but a little understanding and compassion would go a long way but these call handlers show none of this !

Appalling. Clamped my car because it was parked on my neighbours drive. Neighbour owed money and no check was done as to who owned the vehicle. In a reply to my letter of complaint they said:‘ We would recommend that you carefully consider before you park or store your vehicle on a third party's drive in the future. Unless you are entirely au fait with a third party's financial affairs you are in jeopardy of having your vehicle seized and even removed in the execution of a warrant or court order at that address’.Due to a previous review I left using the same type of language in other reviews the company said.‘Finally, it has also been brought to our attention that you have posted a negative Google review about this firm which makes malevolent and defamatory comments. The content of this communication defines the lawful procedures that have ensued and consequently you have no legal defence for making a malicious falsehood. Ergo we must insist that you immediately remove the review and desist from making further libellous statements about this firm failing which we will be seeking to instruct our lawyers to issue appropriate proceeding against you for defamation’.I deleted that review and have left this one. The attending bailiff read my proof of vehicle ownership and told me that the company did not carry out the correct checks as it ‘cost money’. I was, of course, dismayed at this.

Disgusting company. Owed a parking ticket. My fault. They say they sent me a letter with £70 added ...DID NOT RECIEVE THAT LETTER apparently they are known for that..added another 270 for an officer to come here..rang to make arrangements requested a copy of the letter .she just kept repeating just concentrate on the payment..I repeated I'd like a copy ..she put the phone down.i repeatedly tried to ring bak she kept putting the phone down. This was Fri.. today at 6 30 .the followning monday ,they clamped my car and demanded £404 an added charge again.they are shocking. Ombudsman it it then ..how they sleep I don't know.

I am only giving one star, as it wont let me give any lower. I have never, ever been spoken to, and dealt with so appallingly by ANY company in my life!! Tried to speak to them several times regarding an unknown debt in my partners name.The staff are so, so rude and are clearly on massive power trips! They feel it’s more than acceptable to hang up on a customer as soon as they feel necessary. Avoid dealing with this joke of a company at ALL costs! Absolutely embarrassing….

Andre James Enforcement Ltd are unprofessional, unethical and unlawful. Their incompetent and disgraceful agent, Mr. Iden Majeed came and clamped my car thinking I was a culprit of wrong doing. I plan taking legal action against the company and their agent as they illegally clamped without checking paperwork to see ownership of the vehicle. A disgrace and a farce of an organisation to say the least. The lady from the company who was suppose to assist would shout and shut the phone in your face. They had no professionalism, manners or any dignity in dealing with the matter. The best part, I got my car unclamped relatively quickly and quietly, without them informing us clearly as they knew they were in the wrong. Shame on them.

Worst company ever. We had an appeal against a parking ticket. This company followed me to work. Clamping my car outside my business of work. I nearly lost my job over it. The car was a lease car. And they don't have the rights to do this. Bully boys. So unlawful.

Vile people, pressure is beyound, raising debt from a £25 parking fine! This world is in a massive crisis and yet you have these people raising up debt for a parking fine!! For shame on you! I wonder how many suicides are on your hands?????

I was actually assaulted by one of their so called County Court representatives, had the audacity to call the police and say I assaulted him.An absolute deplorable company that thinks they are above the Law, they use deplorable tactics and do not follow HMCTS enforcement guidelines.Absolutely disgusting!
