Mac Genie Computers

I approached Mac Genie Computers after my Samsung phone had been run over with obvious damage to the screen. Theo explained that he would definitely be able to repair it but insisted that I was aware of the possible other damage that might be unseen within the phone and might increase the repair cost. He ensured that I was aware of this and that I was wanting to proceed. As it was, the GPU was dislodged, so he contacted me to ask permission to repair (re attach) the GPU, advising me of the cost before proceeding.Theo's obvious knowledge and enthusiasm for his work and his insistence at advising you of everything before you commit to paying for the repair is refreshing.Thank you Theo

Took our very slow operating iMac to Theo who diagnosed the problem and explained what had happened. A new SSD drive to replace the broken hard drive, updated operating system and restoring the data from the hard drive has given it a new lease of life! Very grateful to you TheoMany thanks

Top notch service from MacGenie.My 2013 imac was sooooo slow to boot, populate the home screen and launch programs that I stopped using it a couple of years ago. Now, with an SSD replacing that hard drive and a service, it's quicker than it was when new - takes a (very) few seconds to do what took minutes.All this was preceded by a thorough discussion of the options so I fully understood what was achievable.Very happy customer.

My old tower computer decided it had had enough and didn’t want to play no more. Theo came to my rescue, recovered my precious data, and put it on an external hard drive for me. Speedy, efficient and very friendly service. Highly recommend.
