Dreadful service caused us stress, time and money. lots of hidden extras added to bill without consultation. 2 x indemnity insurance at £50 each 2 x money transfer £70 etc. etc altogether cost over £2000 for selling and buying.

We used Cranes last year whilst buying our first home.
