The elderly woman with white hair needs to learn how to deal with the public, she has.nt got a clue about her job and is so rude, does she really not know how to smile. I have stopped using this post office and by the looks of things by the reviews so have many others.

Unhelpful. Poor customer service. Had to go to another post office where options of posting a parcel were explained better. Looks like they don't know their job properly to explain things to customers or they were just not bothered. Heard them laughing at me as I was walking out too - so rude.

Parcels are unavailable for collection from Royal Mail after 5.30pm on weekdays because the branch is closed. Opening hours are incorrect.

Opening hours are wrong its not open to 8pm on a saturday!After seeing the reply to another person asking why they feel its not open to 8pm" I'll tell you why I don't think it's open to 8pm or open on a sunday! The lights where off and no-one was there

Staff rude and not very helpful. Said I had the wrong documents to tax my car yet when I went over to another branch to ask for help they were able to Tax it with the documents I had. This rudeness has occurred on more than one occasion. A bit of customer service training definitely needed!

Have to agree with the other comment here. The woman working at this post office was extremely rude, couldn't even crack a smile. Told me I had the wrong documents for sending a parcel, yet the other male worker was the one who gave the customs stickers; how was I to know he gave me the wrong ones? She made a fuss out of nothing and made me feel stupid. Workers here need to be taught how to POLITELY deal with customer as well as being taught THE CORRECT THINGS TO GIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS. Extremely unhelpful post office.

Bad service, i ask for £15 postal order & a first class stamp and they ask back you want 15 first class stamps?" I'v been sending p.orders out from there first class for years! Stupid people. The only reason they get a star is for me to post my comment to begin with."
