Excellent customer service from my advisor Keeley Hobart. Would 100% recommend when going their request for her, she handled my case absolutely perfect could not fault her at all she is very kind warming and made me feel reassured my car was in good hands. Took the car in for its service and a minor warranty repair. I received a warm welcome and the atmosphere was very friendly. Keeley was my assigned service advisor and clearly explained everything that would be done and then subsequently everything that had been done and gave me opportunities to ask questions etc.The car was handed back lovely and clean too!

Excellent service, cannot recommend highly enough. After 14 days of trying to get an answer to numerous calls at previous dealer I gave up and called Stratstone.Staff are friendly, polite and courteous and keep you updated at all stages. Please to say that my problem was addressed and repaired within 2 days of initial contact.Brilliant service, cannot fault. Will definitely be back

Love love love this place. The customer service is impeccable. Every member of staff is helpful and courteous. Great communication with up to date information regarding my vehicle.I came from a garage that lost my trust but these guys restored that. Shame you can't give zero stars... Absolutely no sense of customer service. Called up 2 weeks ago to book a service, was told someone would call me back. Days later and still no call back. Have chased numerous times and been told the same thing: someone will call back shortly and before end of the day." 2 weeks on I'm fed up of waiting so taking mine and my families Jags elsewhere. Clearly they don't won't or need business from paying customers."

Had a great experience taking my car to get a few issues rectified last week which was prompt and then today for a full service and MOT. Having dealt with Shante-lee and Sarah on the phone and in person, they were both helpful and professional and answered any questions that I had and made sure to constantly keep me updated while my car was away from me! Customer service from both of them was excellent and I’d definitely recommend!

Just bought my first ever Range Rover Sport from this dealership, at first I didn’t know what to expect of the customer service and how friendly the environment might be. But I wasn’t disappointed at all, the customer service was superb and this was thanks to Brendan being the top sales men and was extremely good at his job. Brendan was very articulate and brilliant at explain the car functionality. Overall a very positive experience here, will definitely be visiting again.

From dropping off my car untill picking it up, I was impressed with the level of customer service. I was served by Oz, he was very well informed, friendly and provided me with reassurance around some of the highlighted points from my health check. Oz kept me updated through the day and made the whole process painless. I also delt with other members of the front of house team all of which were friendly and informative.
