The gym is clean and very well run. The variety of gym classes are great and of a very high quality. Challenging but something for all levels. The app for booking the classes is a great way to plan your fitness the week ahead to fit it around your life but also to motivate you to go. Highly recommended

I joined on a 3-month membership and really enjoy attending, only issue is trying to find the best time. The staff are all friendly, Nicola and Mod have been amazing, offering constant support and advice, lovely and friendly, making me feel welcome.The only issue I have is that the pool can be a bit busy at times, so I have had to do something else, but there is plenty to do, so this is not a major problem.Thanks Nicola and Mod, amazing customer service.

Yes, the hotel is fine. It's well used and busy. My room was fine. There were a few scuff marks here and there, but the bed was comfy, and a big TV, so quite happy. I will come back.

Love this gym. It's been my happy place for many years now. This review in particular is for Ann Gillibrand, one of our leisure assistants who has improved the standard of cleanliness and also tidiness so much since she arrived some time ago. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Not only this but she constantly drives and sets such a great example to our other LA's. We really have got a good 'un in 'our Ann'

I have been a member of this gym since before it was taken over by Village. The whole fitness team are constantly trying to improve the experience for the members, from the ever smiling and helpful Jodie greeting you when you arrive, Laura holding you accountable in a PT sessions and Sam looking for new classes to add to the timetable.My only gripe is the 10 day booking system. Some classes you can not get into without paying extra, but that is a corporate decision that needs to be changed
