If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would. House buying is stressful, but having Rosalind on side, holding your hand just makes the whole process so much better. I've never had to wait long for a reply. Rosalind is incredibly thorough, meticulous, hard-working and beyond kind. This lady has the patience of an angel. I can honestly say I could not have bought a house without her. She found me a fantastic rate too and if there was any chasing up to do, she would be totally committed until it was done. With Rosalind you'll never need to find another broker for the future. You have a broker for life. I wouldn't trust anyone else with one of life's biggest decisions. As first time buyers we were not sure where to start when it came to finding the best deal for us and what would work for my self employed partner. We had previously been to a few banks and were not able to offer us anything near what we had hoped.Roz could not have been more helpful and talked us through the whole process. After being let down by one broker we went with MAB, initial phone consultation was missed with reasonable excuse so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.After a delayed consultation we were told we'd be sent some figures which never arrived and no more contact made.We chose our first two brokers based off of reviews therefore feel it's necessary to detail our experience to help others avoid any delays, there are plenty of organised brokers out there willing to go the extra mile.Our third and final broker secured us a mortgage in principle with 36 hours which enabled us to reserve a home the day after that.

Could not recommend James any more. He has been amazing, from start to finish! He has given us some amazing advice, has always been at the end of a email or phone call and has helped us get our Mortgage offer so that we can buy our first home. Thank you James, ya legend!
