Paul was incredibly helpful to me when I was looking to update my Desktop PC.I was looking for a new processor, RAM, and Motherboard. He helped me by suggesting which Power Unit I would need.Since then I have returned for Parts and Ink when run out. The cartridge I got from him seemed to last longer than the previous one?Anyway, 10 out of 10!Very nice bloke.

In my experience, the most professional and trustworthy pc repair shop in Nuneaton. We've had laptops fixed there and have bought one from them as well. They're very polite, and even had a ton of patience with my active 3 year old daughter. I've also heard good things about ICS from other people in Nuneaton as well. I can definitely recommend them.

Extremely Happy, I have little to know knowledge of laptops. I took an unusable laptop to Paul and within 24 hours I now have a fully working laptop. Paul explained the process that would be undertaken in a way that I could understand. I was offered several solutions and the outcome of each. VERY reasonable pricing and work completed to a high standard, all within 24 hours. Will be the only place I go to for any ICT issues I have.

I'd just like to say that Paul was very helpful and friendly and did his best to save data from my broken harddrive, unfortunately he wasn't able to but offered what I consider to be a very reasonably priced repair considering the age of my laptop and I was very happy with the outcome. The work was also carried out at very promptly. When I'm in the market for another laptop, desktop etc. or need something else repairing, ICS computers is going to be my first port of call. After an automatic download from Microsoft, our computer died and we could not log in at all. We tried for hours to find a solution .. to no avail. Thought we would lose everything and have to buy a new computer. Recommended by a friend, we took our PC to Paul the owner of ICS Computers, and after a day he told us he had managed to eventually get into the computer (took him some time!) and that he had rectified the problem. So thankful we didn’t lose anything on the PC. Paul certainly has loads of knowledge, is very professional and friendly. The bill was excellent value as well. Highly recommended. Thanks again Paul.

Polite and efficient service (took just under a week to fix). I had power problems with my laptop, because the pin had broken off inside the laptop so it wouldn't charge. Pointed out the problem straight away, and whilst fixing it sorted out the positioning of everything inside which also solved my mousepad issues :) A very fair price too.(Can I point out that this was in great contrast to Curry's who did not have the part" (initially) trying to tell me my motherboard had gone and would cost £380 to fix if they had the right one
