Due to Christmas and New year communication wise we kept missing each other but once we spoke and via email we easily confirmed our requirements and the bouncy castle was delivered perfectly on time, the kids had a great time. Will use again next year - thank you so much

Wish I’d read these reviews before. We had a no show too. He didn’t answer his phone and I got an email 20 minutes before the party was due to start with a silly excuse. My daughter was very disappointed. I’m sure he’s good if he can be bothered to turn up but it’s not worth the risk. Definitely use someone else.

Have used them on 3 occasions now and had always had a very positive experience, they were reliable and punctual, I am however disappointed as because we thought highly of them I booked them 3 months ago to supply again for my daughters birthday party and they confirmed that this was all booked.Nearing the date of the party I emailed again to confirm....nothing!In the space of 2 weeks I sent 4 emails and left 3 voice mails asking that they were still on for my booking which included replying to the original email thread where the booking had been originally confirmed, silence!I have just had to rally around and find another supplier as there is no kids party without a bouncy castle.I booked early so as not to have to worry about finding something and still had the panic of finding something else last minute.I have given 2 stars as when they have supplied it has been great, but I do think this is quite poor show, you need to be able to rely on a company like this to deliver and I feel very let down by this, I will unfortunately not be using their services again purely down to the lack of communication this time round

We made a last minute booking after another company let us down. Arrived a little late but not the company’s fault. The guys were lovely, polite and set up quickly and collected on time. Will definitely use them again.

This company have some of the best value deals in the area. The bouncy castle arrived on time and was collected in time, and I was able to get it for the exact time period I requested. They do want side access to the garden rather than coming through the house so i needed to ask a neighbour if I could remove a fence panel. This was my only issue, and it is an understandable request. Overall I was very pleased and my daughter had a lovely birthday.

Absolutely shocking service, to everyone who is reading this please don’t waste your time and money booking this company as you will be left VERY disappointed.Booked for a party of 60 + guest and no one turned up, no call to update us of the cancellation.I called approximately 10 times left voicemails and still no call back.The most unreliable company I have ever come across.

I had a great experience with this company. Communication via email before the event was simple and straightforward. On the day, they arrived promptly and were very helpful, trying two different ways to position the bouncy castle to maximise space. And the castle made all the children very happy!

Another no-show review- read review sites like Yell for a wider variety of feedback! Today was my son’s 3rd birthday and I booked MB Inflatables for a full day’s hire of a large castle and ball pit. I called several times in the weeks running up to today, to confirm set-up time and finally received an email confirmation last night, that they would be at my address at 9am this morning. Never showed up. Phone set straight to voicemail and no contact whatsoever. I’ve seen on previous reviews they try to blame the customer for them not being in when they have arrived with the inflatables- I was in my house with guests all day, windows open and doorbell turned up and have full, house surround, CC Tv recording 24/7. Nobody came. I used them last year and they did a decent job- this year, horrendous. Avoid using this company at all costs- it’s not worth the risk. Seems they only show up when they feel like it. So unprofessional and horrible to upset children and spoil their birthdays!

Fantastic service from time of booking. Always got back to my many email enquiries. (After reading some comments on here I was starting to panic. Have now learnt to not believe everything you read & some people will always find a fault).These guys called before they arrived and were punctual. The gentleman provided a great service. We had the Rodeo bull which was great fun for a group of primary school leavers & their families.Would highly recommend & will use again at some point in the future.
