Worst staff I have ever met.

avoid at all costs . We had a lighting scheme done by yesss at a factory and they specified High technology light fittings in 2 areas . 1st area the covers started to drop out after a few month which they put down to too much heat at high level from machinery that they didnt know about even though they carried out a site survey . Then the 2nd area fittings covers start to drop out . This area has no heat at high level . heat strips were fitted to lights and to surrounding steelwork . the steelwork heat strips showed no heat issues but the high technology light fittings are getting hot . We have now been onto yesss for over a year to sort out and keep getting excuses . The local sunderland branch managers a waste of time as we have to keep chasing him without any progress .we had a site visit with yesss area manager and he started quoting terms and conditions in small print . yesss want your money and promise allsorts until something goes wrong . avoid Yesss and High Technology lighting at all cost or you could end up going though courts to get problems sorted . they also block you from leaving any feedback so they cant get negative feedback
