Well wonder how this place stays open had an appointment at 10 didn't get seen till 11.45 in agony safe to say no longer at this place stay far away if you have to be seen urgently

not happy. got leg ulcers on left ankle so very painful to walk. so been for a appointment today told the receptionist I needed antibiotics as district nurse said to get some before I start treatment with them. so seen a nurse that can't prescription medicine. secondly she got a Dr to come in but can't get the prescription till this afternoon noon so had to walk home n now got to walk back later n get the prescription knowing where the wounds are. n knowing I can't walk properly.

Friendly team receptionist always welcoming and helpful.

Cannot fault them at all, always pleasant and compared to most doctors these days you can actually get a face to face appointment with the Dr or nurse

I had a water sport accident whilst on holiday 3 weeks ago. I immediately seeked medical advice at Blurton Medical Practice, which they referred me to A&E. No investigation or scans was taken and they discharged me. Throughout that week I went back and forth to Blurton Medical Practice and Hospital several times and neither conducted an investigation despite still being in pain and discomfort and expressing my concerns for my welfare. I am now 3 weeks on from the accident and there has been minimal improvement to my health. I am concerned where to go to receive medical care as both my GP and the NHS have medically neglected me and provided me with antibiotics and sent me on my way, making me feel like nuisance. I worry I might occur further health implications due to the lack of care and investigation.

If the doctor gets mad at you and tells you to go find another doctor because he's unable to answer a question you've asked. Even if its a relevent question to understand the verbatim of the question they've previously just asked you. Then it speaks for itself. Appointments are always rushed despite being 20 minutes late and only ever able to discuss one problem at a time.

Worse medical centre!!! Always messing up my prescriptions and the ladies at the reception very rude!!!

Never known anything like it. Every appointment we have all had has been late by 40mins to an hour then when you see the doctors they just fob you off with antibiotics or say nothing is wrong. They told my partner there was nothing wrong with his ankle, wrist and finger that were all double in size. They sent him for tests anyway even though apparently there was nothing wrong. They said all tests came back clear. But he will be referred to a specialist. Makes no sense at all. He saw the specialist 1yr and a half later and they said they can't believe the doctors didn't put it down as more urgent or do anything because he's got 3 fractures in his ankle and now getting more tests and bloods done for the other problems as they think it needs investigating more. I went in saying I think I may have asthma they never even asked what My symptoms were they literally just said right okay and prescribed me an inhaler without any tests.

Utterly useless will fob you iff with meds unless they are ones you actually need. Ie antibiotics. Absolutely useless

After being in the hospital for 2 days due to 2 asthma attacks , I was denied my inhalers due to needing an asthma assessment , despite agreeing with the receptionist it would be best to postpone my assessment due to a severe chest infection. Denied medication that I need blood ridiculous
