Lovely little farm shop selling local produce.Veg is nice and fresh, you can really taste the difference from supermarket veg.Got some lamb, the butcher I dealt with was lovely and the meat was beautiful.Meat was really reasonably priced, other items such as fruit veg etc will be more expensive than maybe use to but well worth it. One of my new fave shops.

Best meat we've bought. Low food miles. Tasty. Locally reared and butchers who know about what they're selling. We go there every couple of months and do a big shop. I'd recommend the fillet, sirloin,brisket,pork shoulder,beef cheeks rack of lamb,bacon,and chicken. The pork,black pudding,and apple sausages deserve a special mention!

Great range of high-quality foods and meat. Was very impressed at the availability of Suma items, which are also used in the toilet.Very impressed. The ribeye steak was delicious, as always.

Fantastic little farm shop. Delicious sausages from the farm and some amazing side dishes to cook a wonderful meal. The sticky toffee pudding was really good and super easy to prepare. We really loved how eco-friendly the store was when purchasing many of the sides and desserts as you could take the exact amount you needed. The frozen beef pie was divine and the variety of sizes make this store a great choice for any size group or an individual. Would definitely come back when in the area!

I've eaten steak in over 50 different countries over the last 30 years. The meat here at Hutchinson Hobbs is far and away the best I've ever had. I live in London now but still make an effort to go up north and fill my freezer bags every other month. The meat keeps so well in the freezer too, tastes just as good as if it were fresh from the counter. The staff are fantastic, Paul, Mark, Jamie, Barry, Alan and the rest of the gang. Without a doubt the best butchers in Europe!!!
