I was delivering 3 amazon packages and they gave me a PCN after 5 mins. I sent an appeal and they sent some copy and paste garbage and rejected me. The parking was the apartment complex I was delivering too. These guys are nothing but greedy low lives

Looks like scam company. i am getting PCNR every year with contravention dates mentioned of around same day and month. Received PCN in 2019 and then in 2020. How can we report this to FCA or fraud regulator ?

Disgraceful, unprofessional, greedy. Shocked that a company with this track record is still allowed to trade. I hope rogue traders investigate soon.

Nonsense Robbie, as the photo shows it is SolutionLabs Ltd which sends out the demands for money.But these are not fines. They are invoices from a private company.Simply don't pay the scammers.Unless they are prepared to take you to county court, and convince an unbiased judge they are in the right, ultimately there's nothing they can do.

I wish I could give zero stars, ridiculous company, thieves that make money from people who have an actual job, I was at the pub Couch and Horses, I parked my car outside the pub on a Sunday afternoon after 6:30 and I got fined even though there was not clear sign at all, also, when I tried to appeal against it, I was told from their website that my PCN was not online yet and they would notify me when I could appeal; obviously they never did and the PCN has gone up in price. I would rather go to court than pay these scammers, images attached show that no readable sign is there at all. this guy Robert Stephens replys with an email adrees where we could direct our complaint, unfortunately it is a fake email address as emails keep bouncing back, scammer scammer scammer scammer scammer scammer scammer scammer

Apparently I parked in a private land and they have photographic evidence. This occurred in 22 December 2020. On April 15th 2021, I received a letter from debt collectors DCBL stating I had not paid ‘notices’ and how it’s escalated to £160. Initially I thought it wa as scam and fraud so I called DCBL. after being on hold for DCBL for TWO hours I managed to speak with someone and he advised that 3 letters had been sent to my address. One of the notice, the other of another debt collector and the third from a solicitor. I informed him I had never received any of these letters he’s referring to and this is the first I’ve heard of this notice. I had also emailed SolutionLabs and the DCBL assistant informed me they ‘won’t bother’ responding to me as this has now been escalated to debt collectors. Even though I continued to tell him that THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THIS NOTICE!!!!!!!I have of course written to SolutionLabs informing them about this situation. No response. I called countless times and left my name and number. No response. Something very very fishy going on. Be careful and don’t let them scare monger you into paying a fine you did not incur.Hope this review helps someone.

How embarrassed I would be to work for such a parasite company. They make a living threatening people for money.DO NOT PAY THEM.Hopefully they’ll go bust and have to get a real job and actually contribute something.

Tried to issue me a ticket when I'm registered with a permit and even denied it in the tribunal, proof provided and over turned by an adjudicator, cons!!

£60 PCN for dropping a parcel off in the Queensway Car Park at a flat that is part of the car park. Absolute joke. The PCN shows me driving in and out of the carpark within 5mins. Thieves! Stealing off hard working people.
