10/10 - Dean was at my address in 20 mins and I was in my house less than 5 mins later, lovely guy- professional - no fuss and won’t charge you a fortune. Couldn’t ask for more, would definitely use again and would highly recommend :)

Front door lock had become very loose and unsafe. Dean came out within the hour to check and secure it, he identified the problem, he gave me a good quote and was very polite and professional. The work was completed the next morning, Dean was on time and completed a new lock and door handles for me in under an hour. Really pleased with the job and would highly recommend him, will definitely use his business again.

Awesome response from Dean. From my call being made to the job being completed was barely an hour. Even better, he could provide a DND (Do not duplicate) lock as requested which certainly wasn’t the case with other lock smiths I called. I would definitely recommend.

Called out three weeks back when front door lock intermittently jamming - deduced that problem was alignment no longer true, adjusted, no new parts, charged £95 - jammed completely yesterday - further work at least £95 more for another call, no guarantee/warranty from previous work - we'll find another locksmith

After being disappointed contacting two locksmiths over a siezed lock these people said they would be with me in 1 1/2 hours and arrived exactly on time. A friendly, instructive and knowledgeable operative arrived, who had us sorted in no time. Very happy and mightily relieved. Well done.
