I cannot compliment Nicci enough. From the minute you walk in the door, the staff are so friendly, professional and informative. I received fillers and Nicci talked me through all the pros and cons before deciding on the best treatment. The actual procedure was surprisingly pain-free. Results can be seen immediately and will only improve when it settles down. I am so glad I did my research and chose No 4 Clinic.

Having never had a procedure of this nature before, particularly on my face I was understandably nervous. I felt in safe hands from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained to me in detail, including the aftercare which made me feel informed regarding the decision I made. I would highly recommend.

Nicci always allows plenty time to talk over my requirements and asks how I’ve been/how I felt my treatment went last time. She is very attentive, listening to me and makes informed suggestions accordingly. She’s always on courses to learn more and improve her knowledge and skill set, which I really appreciate and she’s only too happy to share her knowledge. I like that she likes to trial any new treatment out herself, before introducing it to clients. I feel extremely reassured that her services are of the highest standards.

I recently had IPL treatment to help with redness due to rosacea. Su was absolutely lovely and took the time to explain everything during the treatment helping me to feel completely at ease.I can already see a difference and am now looking forward to my next appointment to see further results.I highly recommend the clinic, they use the best of treatments and products. Absolutely fantastic treatment every single time! Cannot fault the service, treatments and care. The knowledge by all staff I have met is outstanding. Always feel welcome, comfortable and in safe hands every time. Have had endybleph here 5* and now facial threading again 5 *.
