Had an issue with my laptop screen, phoned in to get a quote and must say the prices are very competitive and reasonable! Brought my laptop to the shop, got everything fixed and running smooth. The man in the shop was very helpful and friendly, can't recommend enough!

Excellent, asked details of problem with my computer, and deduced that it would be a fast fix ( no power to tower pic). Rang back within 45 minutes, price of repair extremely good, and then available for pick-up 1 hour later. Will definitely be using as my ' go-to' outlet, for any upgrades, repairs or buying computers. Don't think a comparable level of service would be possible from the big chains. Many thanks!

Superb work, reasonable prices, and very speedy. Left a laptop to be fixed, was done in under 2 hours. New hard drive, fresh windows 10 install and all updates complete. Got the laptop home and it was essentially plug and play.Will definitely be returning here if I have anything else go wrong.

Over the moon with the service I’ve received here! Mike is friendly and knowledgeable and has kept me updated throughout the repair process. Once the problem was identified my PC was fixed and ready for collection within a day. Highly recommended!

Over the last couple of decades or so, I’ve had occasion to use Computa-Tec several times for both major and minor repairs. Each time, the service has been first class: fast, efficient and at a very reasonable price. Mike, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He’ll give you good advice and won’t charge you for work that doesn’t need doing. A few weeks ago, the charger for my HP Zedbook became faulty. I wasted hours trying to find a suitable replacement on the internet but without success. Next day, I went to Computa-Tec. Mike had one in stock at a fraction of what I’d expected to pay. Needless to say, it works perfectly.Cannot recommend too highly.

I've had major issues with my computer, running blue screens of death, losing work on several occasions. I couldnt work out what components were doing the damage. However, the gentleman at this place was very helpful and sorted out the issue, aswell as fitting in a new power supply & SSD. He purchased my old SSD, which saved me selling it. Paid very little to sort this issue out.

I was upset my lap top hard drive packed up and I thought I was going to loose my data, and pay a small fortune to Dell to get it repaired, and be without it for two weeks. After reading reviews, I decided to try Computa-Tec. I was very impressed with Mike and his prompt attention to my problem. Not only did he fit a new hard drive and fix my machine, he saved my photos, data and lots of other stuff too. I had my lap top back the next day and the price was very reasonable for his time and effort. Thank you very much Mike, I was so very pleased with the excellent work and friendly customer service..Also all work is guaranteed for a year, you can't beat that for service..
