Had a size 18 vintage dress transformed to a 20+ dress by adding a corset and its my favourite dress. Was so cheap too. This is the only place I trust to do my alterations from now on. And as a theatre practitioner, I have a lot of clothes that needs tlc. Just popping in whenever I have the spare cash to do so.

picked up my jeans today, I had sent them to a tailor because they were entirely the wrong size for me, too many inches on the waist and the length but they had been expensive and dear to me, not your average jeans. This being the first time I was nervous about who to pick and while I have no experience to compare this one to, I assure you they really are the best tailors for quality and price. So completely attentive, communicative, genuinely caring about both customer and the craft. my jeans were perfect, truly better than I could have imagined. I would trust these guys with anything, and indeed will do should I need any alterations in the future.Thank you so much :)

I wanted to drop some trousers off to be mended on my way to work this morning. I turned up there for 9am, but there was no access. I rang the business number to say I was outside and was asked to wait 5 minutes. I waited and still nobody there. I took my business elsewhere. The one star is for answering the phone promptly.

I had to buy a new bridesmaid dress less than a week before my friend’s wedding, however, the new dress was too long. Golden Stitch were able to alter the dress in a couple of days and did it perfectly! Highly recommend their services!
