The service was first class. I called Moorwarm ,the afternoon before Christmas Eve , and Paul repaired my boiler . Very good considering I was going to be without heating and hot water over Christmas. I would recommend Moorwarm to anyone.

Paul and his team recently installed an external oil boiler for us. The weather was sometimes dreadful but he worked extremely hard through the rain and cold to get the job done! Really knows his stuff and I would certainly recommend him.

Paul installed our new boiler for us this week. Both him and Jackie were both very friendly, polite and professional. Gutted that we hadn't called them sooner as they were brilliant and the best plumbers we have had! Highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Paul went above and beyond for me, to repair my Worcester Greenstar Oil-fired boiler. He was very approachable and he explained what the problem was and what needed doing, very clearly. My boiler was in a terrible state and I think other engineers would have walked away. Paul persisted with the job and got my boiler working safely again. The invoice was a fair reflection of the hours spent and the hard work done. Thanks Paul.

I first called on Friday afternoon as our boiler stopped working and had a new one fully installed by Tuesday afternoon. Paul moved some things round to help us quickly as we had a newborn baby & no heat/hot water, which was incredibly generous and greatly appreciated!Very quick service and helped us out of a cold spot, couldn't recommend anyone else!

My oil boiler broke down and Paul came that morning and was able to repair it. After not having heating and hot water for 10 days as I was let down by other people..He was absolutely brilliant and wished I had used him sooner. I would highly recommend him to everyone and can't thank him enough .

I am absolutely blown away by the service of Moorwarm (Paul), they have gone above and beyond for me. After struggling with no heating or hot water, Paul and his awesome wife moved things around to help me and my children out when we desperately needed it. They’ve been so amazingly kind, and just the service and quality of work as well as the conversation has been top notch. I can’t describe how much we’ve been struggling and how much I needed some kindness and honestly I’m touched by how quickly they acted to help me when they’ve been so busy.
