Great place to park along Morecambe promenade, plenty of space but no motorhome spaces (only cars). £1 for 4 hours. Toilets & beach cafe nearby. Access to safe off-road promenade, level, great for walking, buggies, wheelchairs & kids. Beware of bikers going too fast

Nice are to park up go for a walk on prom or just sit with a flask of coffee and admire the view especially on a lovely sunny clear day

Great location for a walk on the prom in Morecambe or down into Heysham.Access is easy and it's well priced at a pound for four hours and £1.40 for the whole day. There is no option to pay by card but if you don't have change you can pay via an app or a phone line, though there is a surcharge for this. As is general now the machine does not give change. Charges are in force between 8am and 6pm every day.It's a bit of a walk into the town centre but on a sunny day it's a great walk. It's right next to the beach and there are ample disabled spots. There is also the added bonus of a dog shower and the car park is situated next to some fountains. There are a cafe and toilets (20p a go) in close proximity and a children's playground a short walk away.
